**Role Purpose**
- Responsible to create & maintain accurate Bills of Materials & stock codes to ensure the business can plan, cost & manufacture its products accurately and effectively.
- To assist the Costing Supervisor with reviewing/monitoring the material costs throughout the year
- To learn and gain experience within the business and become an integral part of the team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create & maintain stock codes & stock code inventory.
- Create & maintain FG codes and BOMs for all products based upon data received from internal departments & prototype builds.
- Audit of BOM v’s actual production build, noting significant errors that may result in shortages or cost discrepancies, communicating as appropriate and updating BOMs as required.
- Develop and maintain BOM related knowledge in line with existing & future products & processes.
- Create & maintain BOM related specifications such as window, electrical, plumbing & heating kits.
- Create & maintain production allocations for MRP.
- Supply production with works cards, picking slips and other allocations related paperwork.
- Controlling serial numbers & supplying production with Serial plates.
- Building of daily vans for invoicing.
- Daily damages report.
- Closure of production jobs including reviewing & reporting on anomalies & other inconsistencies.
- Review variance reports & analyse findings.
- Updating and reviewing KPIs (cost fluctuations) throughout the year
- Assisting with annual standard setting

**Skills & Qualifications**
- GSCE or equivalent level in mathematics
- Good communication skills
- Able to work well with a team and to be able to liaise with other departments.
- Similar background in Bills of Materials or within the industry would be advantageous but not essential.

**Salary**: Up to £22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
