About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Beverley Minster Church of England Primary School. As a key member of our teaching support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring every child receives the care, support, and guidance they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, teaching, and assessment of an innovative curriculum to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide individualized support to pupils, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve pupil outcomes and achievement.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
