**1995 **Nike Swim was born when Jantzen, a division of VF Corporation, was granted the license to design, manufacture, and market Nike performance and team swimwear.

**2002**, Perry Ellis International completed the acquisition of Jantzen, which included the license for Nike swimwear. **2008 **Nike Swim by Jantzen became Nike Swim by Perry Ellis. Perry Ellis Intl. became the global licensee for Nike Swim. **2016 **Perry Ellis becomes the global licensee for Nike Swim. Our technical design team has over 260 years of industry leading experience in garment fit and construction.

Nike is globally known and respected as the world's largest sportswear brand. Nike’s Global story is focused around the Nike athlete and end user of the brand’s sportswear products, including Swimwear. Everything that we do is athlete informed.

Nike Swim and Marketing are fully aligned with Nike brand direction. Therefore we understand the unique position we have in the swimwear market which gives us an own able space. We focus on the athlete looking good and feeling confident. We do more than just offer products that are consumer right, we help connect our retail partners with those consumers.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
Support and manage Nike Swim Product strategy which delivers against EMEA product KPIs across customer and distribution segmentation, whilst being in line with brand, equity and financial targets.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Informs and implements EMEA product offer**
- Applies understanding of our target consumer (they are at the heart of everything we do), brand values, market dynamics and distribution blueprint to define, inform and develop Nike swim ranges (product strategy, assortment planning and line architecture including size of range).
- Interprets and applies analysis and research to influence global product development to support EMEA growth opportunities and to ensure data based decision making
- Adopts EMEA product range against targets (revenue growth and profitability as well as brand equity and compelling storytelling) in collaboration with EMEA Merchandising Director and Director of Active Sportswear
- Contributes to short and long-term business planning relative to product and defines actions to deliver against it (line rationalisation, harvest existing and grow new opportunities, core vs seasonal, lifecycle management, flow management)
- Creates and deliver pricing strategy which considers consumer expectation, competitive set, and company margin targets whilst adapting to multiple currencies
- Initiating and managing all SMUs as required throughout the process and liaising with all relevant partners (sales, global product team, sourcing, marketing etc.)
- Manage territory specific ranges and create recommendations for our big key strategic regions/distribution channels
- Manages and assess product specific needs for EMEA regional partners (distributors)
- Manages product feedback process

**Responsible for all administrative support task to allow for smooth market implementation**
- Timely and accurate PLM NuOrder set-up, maintenance and management throughout the season
- Sample order, sample management and sample distribution
- Creation and maintenance throughout the season of Style master, price list, line lists and all other range planning tools
- Own and manage Merchandising calendar

**Sell-in and buy**
- Delivers line to market via optimum sell-in to internal partners (sales, distributors, planning, CS, marketing etc)
- Monitors and analyses seasonal performance and key KPIs (pre
- and post-launch) such as turnover, volume, product mix (core and seasonal), profitability, productivity and communality on collection, classification, style
- and SKU level
- Support key account sales meetings by providing compelling sell-in arguments and tools with focus on assortment planning and sell-out performance
- Facilitate forecasting and buy meetings in collaboration with planning

**Works in partnership with others to ensure cross functional support and alignment**
