**The Role**:
RingGo’s Service Operations team ensures services offered to our customers are performing as promised. We continuously monitor the performance of our mobile apps, in-car integrations, parking rights databases and technical interfaces in order to prevent incidents impacting our customers. We resolve cases ourselves or coordinate resolutions by collaborating with multi-disciplined teams within RingGo.
As Service Desk Support Analyst you are on the frontline of our Service Operations team, as first point of contact for customers, such as Sales Teams, Customer Services, Finance as well as Automotive OEMs, cities and partners. You facilitate in the path to on-time case resolution by Service Operations Engineers and keep the customer proactively informed about progress. Some of the (non-technical or technical) cases you can also process yourself.
The tasks and activities performed by the Service Desk Support Analyst are:
- Be first contact and perform intake of newly arrived customer cases
- Respond to customer inquiries and status requests
- Coordinate ticket assignment across the Service Operations team
- Help Service Operations Engineers reach their Service Level targets
- Resolve non-technical case tickets
- Proactively communicate with customers and manage their expectations
- Create knowledge articles
- Maintain relationship with Customer Service and Sales teams, improving collaboration
- Provide input for continuous improvements within our own team.
