**Rachael’s Kitchen is recruiting for an office administrator and customer service agent to join our growing team based in our Worthing bakery.**
Our staff are a huge part of what we do and who we are. They are the creative hands behind our gifting experience representing us across our two ecommerce brands, Rachael’s Kitchen and Bear’s Brownies. We are looking for someone upbeat, driven and with great attention to detail who enjoys making a difference.
You will be a key member of the Rachael’s Kitchen office team and will be expected to be able to work under pressure and be self-motivated, working closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth communication and thorough updates of orders as they progress.
As an office administrator and customer service agent you will be fulfilling online orders in this busy ecommerce business. Duties include but are not limited to:
- online order processing,
- handling and resolving customer service and delivery issues
- administration duties to facilitate the smooth operation of the business each day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Interaction with both new, existing and potential clients.
- Respond to customer requirements accordingly within a timely and professional manner.
- Advise customers on product information and collect client feedback.
- Deal with couriers daily, checking on deliveries and raising delivery labels.
- Support members of the team in their roles, realising the position may cross all areas of the business.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication is of vital importance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- IT skills, in particular, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Experience of WooCommerce would be an advantage but not essential
Current operating hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, but our Order Processing team work from 8:00am to 4.30pm. Due to the type of business, this role will include some occasional weekend work during key calendar gifting periods and hours may change during peak times such as Christmas, when we may go to a 7-day operations. This role is required to be office based and you will be expected to manage your own working hours and routine to best suit business needs.
This is a full-time, permanent position. After an initial 3-month probationary period access to the company contribution free private medical scheme will be granted as well as our bonus scheme.
**Salary**: £24,000-£28,000 per year depending on experience
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
