**We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as Customer Relationship Lead (Derby/Hybrid) to work with our valued customer, Rolls Royce within our Supply Chain Operations team.**

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a **Customer Relationship Lead - Supply Chain **you will be the voice of the customer within Incora providing first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are understood and managed within our organisation.

You will be the person dealing with any escalations, issues or concerns and making sure communication with both internal and external stakeholders is first class.

**About You**

You will be exceptional at customer service, understanding and actioning customer requirements and dealing with customers will be at the heart of everything you do. You will have the skills to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and have the ability to prioritise workload.

You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of delivering great service and have experience of managing fast-paced and ad-hoc customer orderbooks with incredibly short timescales and overall exception messages to bridge gaps and reduce risks.

Monitoring account performance and taking accountability of any issues that may arise as well as driving continuous improvements.

Intermediate excel and presentation skills are a must for this role and experience of using MRP system will be desirable.

- Starting salary between £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
