Home based Telesales Executive role - Warm leads only - No cold calling

You are expected to go into the office based in Gateshead 1 day a week during probation.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Basic Salary £21,000 plus uncapped performance based commission, you can earn £30k-£50k

My client are a waste management company offering business to business contracts.

They are looking for an enthusiastic sales agent with a proven track record for delivering results to add to our already successful team. As a small sales team they are looking for people who are wanting to be a key part of the business and develop it together, with willingness to learn, share ideas, and adapt to new technology.

You will convert your leads from initial call through to order, and there is uncapped commission available on these sales.

Our teams are all remotely based so you will be required to work from home, and you will be provided with the computer equipment required for the role. There is the potential for the role to become a hybrid role in the future, however at the moment it will be home based so you will need to be highly self-motivated. Whilst working remotely, we will have occasional meetings face to face where possible, and you will have daily online meetings with your manager and teammates.

It is essential you:

- Have at least 1 year experience of phone-based sales
- Can demonstrate hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Know and can demonstrate how to overcome objections
- Have a self-motivated, can-do attitude, to give our customers an excellent experience
- Are a team player, genuinely motivated to be influential in the growth of the company
- Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Can display empathy and confidence with customers whilst closing profitable deals
- Are willing and able to manage your lead pool, and display persistence to close sales
- Have attention to detail and can prioritise your workload to complete the tasks and targets set
- Are quick to learn and willing to adapt as the industry and business changes
