**Salary: £40,000 + bonus**

**Role Profile**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to join one of our clients who are a global company going through a huge amount of YOY growth.

The successful Partnerships Manager will have prior experience driving partnership programmes and be able to assist with the delivery of partner activity for our partners. Salary wise is dependent on experience however basic salary will be up to £40,000.

**As Partnership Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Driving the partnerships programme and support the delivery of agreed partner activity with Marketing, Training and Events.
- Collaborate with marketing function.
- Responsible for developing and driving the partnerships revenue targets and KPIs within the Partnerships and Commercial team.
- Continue to evolve and streamline the operational pathway/reporting for commercial partnerships.
- Planning and delivery of all partnership planning and sales assets.
- Report to key stakeholders on partnerships programme status on a regular basis.
- Ensure all partnerships trackers are completed, accurate and up to date always.
- Going the extra mile to deliver the highest level of service and care that can be found in the industry.

**Skills we need in our Partnership Manager**:

- Proven negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Strong commercial, analytical and numeracy ability.
- Ability to multi-task and assist with the co-ordination of several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with all types of individuals.
- Possess a mature and consultative approach.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Confident in using and analysing data.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant commercial and or product experience
