Office Administrator/receptionist

TRACTO-TECHNIK are looking to appoint an Administrator for its Bedford Head Office on a permanent and full-time basis. Your key responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive and proactive support services to the Sales, Service, Accounts & Training Team, and provide administrative support to the organisation. Immediate start available.
You will be joining a long established leading international manufacturer and distributor of quality Trenchless Technology Equipment for pipe and cable renovations and installations. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person looking to embark on a successful career with a well-established and respected market-leading business which continues to grow.
**Role Responsibilities**
Answering the telephone, screening, and directing calls and relaying messages
General reception duties.
Support sales management with regular reporting requirements and pro-actively supply information to the sales and service team.
Assist the Training department with administrative tasks, e.g. course preparation, registration and certification.
Support the running of training events and occasionally trade-shows; e.g. organising catering, accommodation and travel.
Complete general administrative tasks, including attendance reporting, electronic filing, incoming and outgoing mail
Adhering to all Company policies
To seek continuous improvement in processes that our support our operation
**Role Requirements**
Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good keyboard skills and computer literate in a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel
The ability to work effectively with conflicting priorities and multitasking
Ability to use own initiative and work independently if required.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication
Hold a full clean manual UK driving licence (not mandatory)
**Remuneration**
Permanent - Salary: £19,500 to £21071 negotiable depending on experience
Phone and Laptop, contributory pension scheme, 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Free Parking
**Salary**: £19,500.00-£21,071.00 per year
