Receptionist/administrator

At EVIOS, we're on a mission to make Electric Vehicle (EV) charging as simple and smart as possible. By creating truly intuitive products that allow EV drivers to charge their vehicles at home and work, we are changing the game in the industry as it enters mass market. Based in Stewartby (between Milton Keynes and Bedford), we manufacture our charge points in-house and have a team of highly qualified electricians to install our charge points across the UK.
We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to support the business with various key administrative duties including:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls at the Reception Desk. Accurate message taking
- Greeting visitors, monitoring meeting room bookings and providing refreshments when requested
- Receiving deliveries and maintaining a log of delivery notes
- Ordering stationery and managing stock levels
- Managing postage / shipping from the office
- Printing and / or scanning invoices and expenses and collating for approval
- Accurate coding and inputting of invoices onto SAGE accounting software
- Ad hoc administration support for all departments
What we require from you:
- Able to communicate effectively and with a high standard of professionalism and integrity
- A can-do attitude with a flexible approach, a multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure both alone and in a team environment
- Able to manage own work and prioritise as necessary
The reception area is isolated so you will need to be happy working alone, although colleagues are in the next office. Sage 50 experience would be helpful, but training will be given.
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
