This receptionist administrator role is all encompassing as the role is split between receptionist duties and roles and responsibilities of an administrator within the finance department. This is an exciting permanent position based in Bedford.

**Client Details**

The client are a huge manufacturing and production firm. With over 20 years experience within the industry both in the UK and across Europe they are one of the leading manufacturers within their market. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and innovative.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the receptionist administrator include, but are not limited to:

- Answering, screening and transferring calls
- Opening, scanning and distribution of post
- Monitoring outlook mailboxes for reception as well as the finance teams
- Logging remittances on the system
- Indexing stock invoices in readiness for inputting
- Supporting the AP and AR teams in month end

**Profile**
- Have strong communication skills and confidence over the phone displaying the ability to deal with potentially difficult conversations
- Attention to detail
- Can-do attitude
- Strong administration experience (financial background is desirable)
- Microsot word proficiency is essential
- Be able to travel to the offices in Bedford
