Responsibilities of the role:
- To be responsible for working in a fast-paced children’s duty team.

- To have line manager responsibilities for a limited number of non-social work qualified staff and social work apprentices in the team.
- To support with reflective and group supervision for other social workers.
Requirements of the role:
- Must hold a social work qualification
