**Client Details**

My client is a well established business looking for someone on a part time basis.

**Description**

As the Part Time Admin Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Providing a high-quality administration and organisational support service
- Effective management of electronic diaries, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
- Providing support for an extensive range of meetings.
- Preparing agendas, and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up
- Word processing correspondence, memos and reports from written copy and preparing presentations as and when required
- Organising and maintaining effective filing systems
- Acting as a key liaison point between the senior managers and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate
- Making travel arrangements (flights/train/hire car), booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses
- Catering for internal and external client meetings as requested by senior management
- Liaison with locally based Facilities department staff

**Profile**

In order to be considered for the role you will:

- Have previously worked in a similar administrative position
- Be able to commit to a temporary contract
- Be looking for part time work of around 20 hours per week
- Be a good communicator
- Be proficient on MS office packages
