Junior Account Executive

As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You would be working within the renewable energy sector and using door to door or events based strategies to upsell our clients products and services. This is a B2C role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, from prospecting to closing deals, while working out in the field.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within our target sectors.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services and address client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and execute plans for customer acquisition and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a field-based capacity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
