Ellesmere Port, CH65 6QYEdsential is looking to recruit a Holiday Activities Tutor to deliver services to groups as part of the Holiday Activity Fund Programme.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- High quality delivery of programmes in areas including Sport, Physical Activity, Drama, Music and Arts.
- Carry out research to support the development of innovative and market leading programmes and initiatives in line with Edsential’s vision and the needs of the service. Including identifying competitors, new customers and gaps in the market.
- Be an ambassador for Edsential taking an active part in making the company a fun and challenging environment to work, in line with our brand personality, and by demonstrating a solid understanding of our mission, values and culture.
- The post holder is required to remain updated with the latest developments, changes and legislative needs

**We are looking for the skills and experience as set out below.**
- Significant practical experience of delivering to pupils within a Health and Wellbeing/ Education context
- Good knowledge of wider Health and Wellbeing initiatives, strategies and policies.
- An understanding of current education issues and practice
- Experience of working and engaging with parents and staff
- Experience of leading and delivering innovative programmes within an educational context
