**Working Hours**: 35 hours per weekwith hybrid working and flexible shift patterns available between 0800 - 1700, Monday-Friday.
**Salary Range**: £19,500 - £21,500 per annum

**Role Purpose**
On Music Ltd is a rapidly expanding and fast-moving company which has experienced considerable sustained growth over the last 3 years. We therefore require a HR Administrator to join our team, responsible for day-to-day HR administration duties.
This is an entry level role and full training will be provided.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for responding to manager and employee queries in line with company policies & procedures, escalating to the HR Officer or Senior HR Manager as appropriate. You will also work closely with the HR team in areas as detailed in the key responsibility areas below:
**Recruitment & Selection**
- Full recruitment & selection and onboarding documentation creation for all internal and external roles. This includes post advertising, shortlisting, interviews, offers of employment and contracts.
- Update and report upon all recruitment and selection activity utilising HR trackers.
**Absence Management**
- Monitor and record all short-term absence throughout the company, in line with the Absence of Staff procedure, producing ‘trigger point’ absence reports.
- Actively assist in the management of employee relation cases relating to sickness absence.
- Deliver policy driven advice when dealing with employee enquiries.
- Collating absence data for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports. Developing compliance reports to monitor return to works.
**Employee Relations**
- Actively assist in the management of employee relations, to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, demonstrating employees are managed consistently and fairly.
- Actively assist with the preparation of documentation for employee relations cases.
- Research and ensure best practice and legislation is adhered to.
**Training and Development**
- Update the HR skills matrix trackers, reporting on gaps and highlighting any issues for action.
- Work with operational line managers to complete the skills matrix and take active part in the sequencing of training for all employees.
- Support with the performance management documentation process.
- Assist in the design and delivery of development workshops in areas of HR best practice to enhance the knowledge and skills of all employees and the management team.
**HR Information System (HRIS)**
- Ensure the HRIS and other applicable tracking systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, compiling statistical information as required, supporting operational line managers with continuous improvement and review of performance e.g. absence, turnover, and staff surveys.
- Prepare payroll supporting information including pay effecting changes, new starter details, leaver details, bonus payments and absence summaries.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reports in a timely and accurate manner including Article 55 reviews and annual monitoring returns.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with GDPR regulations.
**Other HR Duties**
- Assist in the updating of HR policies, procedures and systems in line with legislative changes and CIPD best practice.
- Develop effective and efficient operating procedures for HR duties.
- Assist with the documentation of grievance, investigation and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure all performance appraisal reviews, including goals and objectives documentation, are received from all managers.
- Assist in the development of employee engagement activities such as staff events.
- Manage various HR projects in line with the HR departments objectives.
