**What will you be doing?**

Get ready to handle a variety of tasks that keep our office running smoothly. From overseeing office operations to providing crucial administrative support, you'll play a key role in our daily activities. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to different areas of our business, including:

- **Managing Office Operations**:Maintaining an organised and efficient office environment; coordinating office supplies, equipment, and stock.
- **Providing Administrative Support**:Booking travel and accommodation for all employees; preparing any letters, presentations, and reports required by Senior Management; overseeing contracts and providers for any internal services required, including fleet management and telecommunications management.
- **Supporting Payroll and Finance**:Aiding with payroll adjustments, managing office and HR budgets, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
- **Delivering HR support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, oversee recruitment processes, and manage the employee onboarding/offboarding experience.
- **Coordinating Corporate Governance**:Guarantee our policies are up to date and aligned with our ISO9001 requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, and liaise with external professionals.
- **Organising Meetings and Events**:From team gatherings to company-wide events like our annual Christmas Party, you'll coordinate everything to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
- **Maintaining Online Presence**:Keeping the company's social media channels and website up to date with relevant content, announcements, and promotions.
