Career-makers recruitment are looking for a "Administrative Assistant/PA" for our client in Bury.

Contract: Temporary (20-25 hours per week), with potential to become permanent

Location: Bury, UK

**Salary**: £13-14 per hour

Role Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide administrative support to our team. core duties include calendar management, document preparation, communications, event planning, and various clerical tasks. **Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, book conference rooms, schedule meetings
- Organize travel and itineraries for staff
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence
- Coordinate events, trainings, and offsite meetings
- Manage office supplies, vendors, equipment
- Provide polite and professional front desk coverage
- Perform data entry, filing, copying, mailing, and other clerical duties
- Assist with special projects as needed

**Knowledge, qualifications and experience**:

- Proven administrative experience in an office environment
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Reliable with excellent attendance record
- Professional demeanour and appearance
