A new opportunity has arisen for an Operations Administrator with our Leith based client who are a leading service provider and one of Scotland’s most favourable employers.

Taking responsibility for the administration of the Operations department, you will be responsible for:
Recording of various data such as resource allocation, overtime, goods in and out, various charges (equipment hire, storage, contract hires etc), customers clearance documentation and more.

This is a fast paced role and it is preferred you have worked in a similar post where you have managed a busy and ever changing list of priorities. Good communication and organisational skills are key.

Logistics knowledge would be a huge advantage however not essential.

On top of a varied role, an attractive salary and benefits package is also on offer (£25-30k)

Due to the nature of the role, it is an office based position.
