**As Housekeeping Floor Supervisor your key responsibilities will include**:

- To adhere, to promote and train the Millennium service culture standards and brand standards;
- Ensure the assigned rooms are cleaned to the hotel standards by supervising the work of the room attendants and house porters;
- Reporting maintenance queries and following up to ensure that they are dealt with appropriately;
- Check the appearance and monitor the conduct of team members to ensure the highest standards are achieved;
- Ensure all rooms are returned to reception as inspected by end of shift or hand over provided to evening housekeeper with adequate explanation of reasons for not returning rooms;
- Ensure all rooms are spring cleaned on a frequency as set by the Head Housekeeper and that all periodic duties are performed as set by the Head Housekeeper.

**Skills required**:

- Previous experience working as a Receptionist for 4-5* hotel is preferable
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail
- Management skills and team worker
- Ability to work under pressure, take pride in your work and will enjoy being busy
- Highly organised
- Be a strong team leader
- Able to work flexibly including weekends and evening shifts
- This is a physical role and you'll have to cope with the demands that this role will require

The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge is a 4-star deluxe, contemporary hotel, situated on the impressive location of Knightsbridge, the heart of one of the capital’s most upmarket shopping districts. The hotel boasts 222 well-appointed guest rooms, ranging from Standard and Superior rooms to Club rooms and Luxury suites.

The hotel is home to the Babette Bistro & Wine Bar, a lively lounge bar and the perfect spot for lunch, dinner or drinks on the charming outdoor terrace.
