**Senior Programme Support Officer**:

The LUBS (Leeds University Business School) Centre for Executive & Professional Education has a mission to generate real economic and social change by creating the most responsive, flexible, innovative and effective educational programmes for businesses and individuals.

Working closely with the centre’s director and other members of the team, you will help support them in the delivery of educational programmes and operational projects, undertaking a wide variety of tasks including: taking lead responsibility for the centre’s operational support and guiding others, line managing support staff, organising meetings, workshops and events, producing impact and financial reports, manage financial claims, and other key documentation. You will act as the key link with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will have a proven track record of providing excellent programme and project support to a busy team and demonstrable experience of providing administrative support at a senior level. You will need to be highly organised and work flexibly to balance priorities; working to key milestones and tight deadlines. You will be experienced in the development, maintenance and training of complex administrative processes and systems and have excellent data and information handling skills and have strong communication and IT skills. It is expected that you will initiate, build and manage networks within the wider Faculty/University, establishing effective working relationships with central services, dealing diplomatically with a wide range of people and maintaining confidentiality.
