**Job description**

Administration Assistant

Full time, 40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised individual to join our Admin team. This role has a varied remit covering customer queries, invoicing, data processing, compliants, debt management/credit control. Office and field based role.

**Skills, qualifications and experience**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Confident and highly motivated
- Good understanding of Office packages, e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Strong level of written and spoken communication.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Flexible approach to work
- Work on allocated tasks unsupervised
