**Administrative Assistant**

Centum is a market leading subcontractor of Engineering & Construction services to a number of key industry partners in the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical and Heavy Industrial space.

Our team have extensive experience in delivering the electrical components of complex construction projects in a timely, professional fashion and to date we have successfully worked on major projects across Ireland and Europe.

Due to an extremely busy order book or 2023 and beyond we now require an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Northern Ireland office in County Antrim.

- To provide general support and assistance to the Recruitment Manager and Operations Manager.
- Maintaining accurate and secure records of personnel information.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and issue minutes and prepare accurate reports when required.
- Assist with maintenance and coordination of personnel records with the Recruitment Team.
- Receive incoming telephone calls, handle queries, operate recruitment switchboard and forward accurate messages.
- Meet and greet visitors and staff and provide hospitality as and when required.
- Record, file, and retrieval of information.
- Ability to undertake such work you are assigned in a careful, efficient and organised way and in compliance with current standards, regulatory requirements and according to organisational procedure.
- The ability to communicate in a friendly, helpful, professional, and non-prejudicial manner in your dealings with external applicants, staff, and visitors.
- The awareness of the need for confidentiality around all sensitive information.

**Essential Criteria**
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include a minimum level 'C' grade in English language and Maths with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar post.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package with particular experience of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail
