**The Company**:
The ER Recruitment team are working alongside a highly reputable organisation that is actively recognised within the local market.
They are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their team due to continued success and growth.
**Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator / Receptionist**:
- Answering the telephone and redirecting calls to staff.
- Meet & greet clients.
- Monitor meeting rooms and schedule bookings and diaries.
- Create bespoke business documents, often corresponding on behalf of the Directors.
- Import sales invoices and reconcile.
- Contacting clients and chasing documents and sending information.
- Use credit card machine to take payments and assist credit control when required.
- Post back confidential records to clients - liaise with managers on monthly basis.
- Order and maintain stationery stock.
- Update Health & Safety / Fire Safety manual and ensure policies etc are up to date.
- Enrolling staff on first aid courses, ensuring certificates are valid.
- Update and monitor various reports and work to tight deadlines.
- General filing and archiving.
- Updating relevant documents internally and externally with Companies House and HMRC.
- Ad hoc tasks.
**About You as the Administrator / Receptionist**:
- Previous experience working in a customer facing administrative and receptionist environment, ideally a minimum of two years.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word & excel.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Skilled at dealing with people.
- Organised and deadline driven.
**Additional Benefits**:
