**Customer Service Adviser required for busy forward thinking company.**

**OTE £23,000**

**The Role**

Your role as the first point of contact for the customer, will include taking inbound calls from every stage of the customer journey with us. This will range from new to existing customers and also those considering leaving us. Calls will vary from dealing with new customers, field-based staff. Every day will be varied, challenging however equally rewarding.

**_Tasks include:_**
- Customer care contact
- Preparing sales quotations when required
- Preparing sales orders for processing
- Contacting customers to update them on the progress of orders
- Updating & maintenance of the company’s CRM system

Any other customer service / administration duties as required

**About you**

You will be friendly and polite, ensuring that your passion for customer service is at the forefront of your mind.
- Experience working in a customer service / administration role
- Excellent Communication skills - Verbal & Written
- CRM database experience - Preferable but not essential
- Be highly organised with an ability to manage their time and prioritise effectively
- Good attention to detail
- Able to Work as a Team
- Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment
- Ability to Work Under Pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
