**The Company**

**The job role**
Key Accountabilities / Activities:

- Play a vital role in the team, assisting colleagues and Team Manager as requested
- Co-operate and communicate with colleagues and management in a professional way, demonstrating effective teamwork and expected standards of behaviour
- Manage admin tasks as set by line manager
- Proactively assist the rental finders to ensure all deposits/tenancy arrangements/agreements are finalised with all relevant documents filed accordingly for each rental
- Support the claims team when business levels require
- Ability to talk to suppliers and clients in a professional manner
- Ensure daily activities are completed as set by line manager

**General duties**:

- Support the team with internal audits and quality checks
- Improve your own performance and the customer experience through regular call coaching, attending training sessions and sharing best practice
- Ensure any EODs or complaints are escalated to your line manager within SLAs
- Help cover holidays and sickness wherever possible
- Achieve/exceed individual KPIs and support others to achieve theirs

**Office opening hours**:
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 19:00
Saturday 10:00 - 16:00

**Hours of work**:
40hrs per week over five days

**The requirements**
We are looking for people who are highly empathetic, resilient and well organised; that thrive working in an extremely fast paced and exciting environment and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Ideally you will have some form of customer service experience but passion and a can do attitude is equally as important. You will be IT literate and a great communicator, with the ability to forge strong relationships. You will have great attention to detail and are able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
