**Job Description**:

JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES- Preparing quotations for customers as well as internal sales team.- Preparing Field Service sales invoices and credit notes.- Administer Field Service Expense claims and travel invoices.- Booking travel for Engineers- Answering incoming telephone calls- Provide general service administration support.- Undertake any other duties appropriate to your skill levels from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

EDUCATION- 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above

EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and build customer relationships- Conducts oneself in a professional and customer centric fashion- Service oriented and driven to become an impactful contributor to the business- Good organizational and time management skills- Ability to interface with a variety of t personnel from different disciplines- Willingness to accept a challenge and inclined to take initiative- Creative thinker and eager learner- Detailed oriented- Computer literate:
- Fully conversant in MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Experienced in the use of CRM packages
