**Software Implementation Specialist.**

**Office based 9-5, Erdington, Birmingham.**

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Implementation Specialist who is capable of delivering a CRM and Payroll software project into multi-site businesses.

We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to help us implement and further develop an off-the-shelf CRM system that we are partway through implementing into our nationwide branch network.

Working closely with our Network Support Centre (Head Office) finance, support team and branch network this role would be an integral part of delivering the system successfully and in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The role would also require close contact with the software provider improving management information, introducing additional modules and developing new reports.

What’s the role?
- As Software Implementation Specialist, you will need to help develop and roll-out a project plan on time & on budget. You will also need to develop and flex the plan as you move through the project.
- To work closely with our customers (Franchisees) to ensure satisfaction with the new system at all stages of implementation. To support them to transition from legacy systems.
- Work closely with support team members, assist with their training and develop their knowledge of the system and work to improve the resolution of support calls.
- Ensure that training manuals are updated in line with system updates.
- Conform to existing SLAs for our end users and ensure they have the correct path for issue resolution.
- To liaise with the third-party provider in a technical manner, for example being involved in development specifications and testing rollout of new developments.
- Report directly to our Head of IT and provide detailed plans, as well as progress reports and completion estimations.

**What we need from you.**
- Demonstrable experience of project rollouts at consultant or Software Implementation Specialist level, ideally with experience of multi-site projects.
- A strong desire to fully understand a new system and how it will be utilised by end users.
- Proven experience of analysing and cleansing data before a migration.
- To be an excellent communicator. Able to facilitate change and to effectively manage communication to technical and non-technical staff.

**Other considerations.**
- Previous experience of delivering ERP systems.
- Ability to develop reports and management information with proven experience using SQL.
- Good team player but with ability to drive improvements through at an individual level.
- Personable and friendly attitude.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Good at managing deadlines and highlighting issues / problems early.

The role would be office based at our Erdington, Birmingham Network Support Centre so applicants must be within easy commuting distance. The job holder would also be required to travel to our network of branches. This would include some overnight stays as our branches cover the whole of the UK.

Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 5 years project management - software implementation experience. Educated to degree level.

**Salary circa £35-45k** (depending on experience). Access to pool car will be provided when required. Inclusion in the Workplace Pension scheme, as appropriate.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
