Reservationist

As a Reservationist you will be part of our central bookings team. You will be the first port of call for our guests, and responsible for understanding their needs, showcasing the hotels, upselling and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure they book their experience with us.

We are looking for people who are passionate about sales and feel confident identifying the need to the customer and actively selling the right experience to them. You should love the challenge of sales targets and work well with your colleagues to achieve them.

Ideally, we are looking for full time (5 days, 40 hours) but please do get in touch as we can consider part time hours. Our sales & reservations team work Monday - Sunday, with 8.5 hours shifts between the hours of 8am - 6.30pm, therefore weekend availability is important. Please note we are unable to offer remote working for this role.

**What will I be doing?**
- Selling and upselling the hotels products and services to ensure we create a memorable stay for our guests
- Working to sales targets to support the delivery of the hotels budgeted revenue
- Carrying out an administrative task to ensure all booking details are accurate and communicated to the guest
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional service at all times
- Effectively communicating with other hotel departments
