To help us bring this next stage to life, we’re on the lookout for a new **senior reservationist **with organisational prowess and next-level communication skills. As a desk-based role, computer skills are vital. You’ll need to quickly learn the ropes of our reservation software, fluently navigate all of our online systems.

A level-headed people person, with bags of energy and warmth, you’ll introduce guests to our ever-evolving experiences - and we can guarantee that no two days will be the same.

You’ll support in managing all aspects of the reservations team when the senior team is away. To keep improving how we do things, you’ll liaise with senior team, helping train new team members and assist with refresher training for other departments.

You’ll ideally have experience working in a similar people-managing reservationist or senior reservationist position, bringing your initiative and cool head to meet high-pressure situations.

A multifaceted role, this position gives you the opportunity to stretch your people management, leadership and customer service skills. It’s a think-on-your-feet, high-energy position, but we maintain a relaxed and supportive environment to help you keep a clear head and a bright outlook.

Our working hours are 08.45-17.15, with a rota from Monday to Sunday. We also offer our team guaranteed days off over the Christmas period, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

**What you’ll do**:
- Assist senior team in all aspects of the department
- Be well-versed in all our systems
- Lead the team in the absence of the senior team
- Answer all enquiries in a timely, personable and professional way
- Help train new team members and assist with refresher training for other departments
- Assist in the management of OTA bookings and checks
- Liaise with marketing on special offers, journalist stays and prize and competition winners
- Be confident in using your decision-making initiative
- Adeptly handle conversations around cancellations, non-arrivals and complaints
- Keep up to speed with our company guidelines regarding health and safety and
