We are recruiting for a leading independent accountancy firm seeking an experienced and qualified accountant to join their amazing team.
As an Accountant for the firm, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing them with high-quality advice and guidance on a wide range of accounting and financial matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Providing advice on taxation matters including corporation tax, personal tax and VAT.
- Assisting with bookkeeping and payroll services.
- Being proactive and innovative in identifying opportunities for clients.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Fully or part qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of UK Accountancy reporting standards
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
