**Customer Service Advisor - D2 Contact Centre, Armthorpe, Doncaster DN3 3FQ**

**Shift**: We operate a 4 on 4 off rota, and your hours will be 33.25 hours per week*

**Rate of pay**: £11.62-£11.99** per hour plus an additional £1 per hour for working weekends, plus a performance bonus of up to 20% per quarter.

**Start date**:8th and 15th July 2024.

**Contract**: Permanent

**Training**: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. You will be required to attend onsite, paid training for 3 weeks.

An **exciting** opportunity to join the NEXT Online family, working as a Customer Service Advisor within our Enquiries, Total Platform or Home Furniture Team at our Doncaster contact centre.

Our customer service roles differ as there are **no sales targets**; your performance will solely be assessed based on the exceptional service you provide, allowing you to dedicate yourself entirely to delivering **outstanding customer experiences**.

Within each area you will take calls from customers which will vary depending on the department you are supporting. In our NEXT Home Furniture department you will deal specifically with queries of homeware: stylish furniture collections, home accessories, lighting and much more Within Total Platform and Enquiries you will support all queries for our customers relating to branded goods, soft furnishings, personalised and beauty items. Total Platform specialises in supporting our partner brands such as Victoria's Secret, Reiss, Gap and our newest partner FatFace.

**You will**:

- Manage a high volume of queries in a calm and confident manner.
- Deliver exceptional service by exceeding expectations to resolve customer queries whilst hitting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain transparency with customers while fostering strong relationships.
- Navigate through multiple computer systems and collaborate with other teams within NEXT as needed.
- Deliver essential customer support.
- Treat every customer like it’s your first and only customer that day.
- Engage with customers and colleagues, creating a people focused work culture.
- Display computer literacy skills, and have the ability to learn new software and systems.

*During our peak trading periods you’ll also be required to work additional 4 hour shifts per week, for up to 20 weeks of the year.

**Customer Service Advisors who consistently meet KPI targets have the opportunity for an enhanced pay increase of up to £11.99-£13.46 per hour (role dependent).
