Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Advisor** to join their Customer Operations Team in Doncaster on a Full-Time basis.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for working as part of the Maintenance Control Team within the Customer Service Centre having responsibility for maintenance expenditure and providing administrative support on a range of commercial vehicles on varying contract types.

And when you join, you’re supported in developing your own career too, surrounded by a team of passionate people driven to keep customers moving.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily Work in Progress reports ensuring that all jobs are correctly entered on system and that the WIP administration is controlled in line with business requirements
- Authorise maintenance expenditure within agreed parameters whilst ensuring all maintenance records are checked
- Ensure that the internal authorisation systems are managed daily so that job requests are processed or queried without delay
- Ensure that all calls are answered in-line with the CSC criteria making sure that any inbound calls are answered promptly and dealt with accordingly
- Seek to drive down repair costs and rates charged by our suppliers by working with the fleet team to ensure that the most cost-effective resources available are utilized

**Skills & Experience**
- High level of administration skills
- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Well organised and takes ownership of work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,319.00 per year
