**Role Overview**

The Residential Development Sales Team are looking to appoint a site sales negotiator to work on a high profile development in Glasgow. This landmark development offers a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments in the popular Southside area of Glasgow making this an exciting opportunity to be involved in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively secure sales across the development off plan ahead of completion in line with quarterly targets
- Arranging and conducting off-plan appointments with prospective buyers manage clients across all price ranges both off-plan in the marketing suite and from the show apartments.
- Manage sales to missive and completion of sale through influencing, persuading and negotiating whilst giving best, professional advice to clients at all times
- Have a strong knowledge of the schemes across Glasgow maintaining an awareness of competing schemes in area and trends in the local property market
- Manage and process all purchaser selections witin cut-off date and upsell specification
- Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are well presented and tend to any issues that may arise, Thorough preparation of the sales centre by arriving early as required
- Close liaison with the Savills Residential Development Sales team, reporting problems on site without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required
- Ensure good liaison with client at all times, keeping them updated on sales as required
- Liaison with clients’ build, legal and sales departments as required
- Update of REAPIT and/or client equivalent CRM system including maintaining records with 100% accuracy
- Reporting; produce reports to enable targeted prospecting and providing internal/client progress reports as required
- Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays
- Follow and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
- Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner.
- In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time including carrying out viewings on other sites

**Key Skills**
- Experience of new homes sales including off plan sales and purchaser selections is essential
- Experience in the property sector is essential
- Experience in manging the client selections process
- Confident and proficient in dealing with applicants and all levels of management
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate
- Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships with excellent customer care skills
- Adaptable and flexible with a proven ability to multi-task, take responsibility and follow through on commitments
