**Company Overview**: At Simpatico Solutions, we offer our customers a professional and dependable sales and resource solutions service.

Smaller businesses often find hiring and recruiting sales staff costly and time-consuming. From initial recruitment to ongoing management, it requires both time and money. With Simpatico’s Fractional Sales service, we alleviate this burden.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits to potential customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up on leads
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries by telephone, and personal visits
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

**Skills And Experience**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role - 1 year (required)
- Customer service - 1 year (preferred)
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction

**Working Hours and Location**:

- Job Type: Part-time - Minimum of 8 hours a week
- Location: Field Based / Office Based / Work from home / Hybrid (dependant on client)
- Working Times: Flexitime, Monday - Friday (some clients may have weekend work available)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
