This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our existing East London CAMHS Crisis Service and developing Intensive Community Crisis Service. The post has been made available by the current post-holder being seconded to the Lead Administration role in the service.

The postholder will work closely with the Lead Administrator to provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision. They will be responsible for:

- Providing day to day administrative support to the teams
- Developing effective administrative systems and processes
- Support the Lead Administrator to effectively monitor the performance of services and working with multi-disciplinary to make improvements

The post-holder will need to be able to work under their own initiative to meet the needs of a busy crisis service.

This post will work across two teams that work across Newham, City and Hackney and Tower Hamlets CAMHS sites. It is expected that this post would work flexibly across these sites, however will initially largely be based at York House (385 Barking Road). There will be opportunities for home working in this role, proposed as a 3 day on site & 2 day working from home split.
