**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Support Team Leader to join our organisation. As an invaluable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the day to day operations of our HR Support Team. With two direct reports under your guidance, you will have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and drive the team to success.

Your main responsibilities will include assigning work, overseeing its completion within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring a high quality, customer focused service. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll and pension submissions, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

You will work with the key organisational stakeholders and support the HR Manager (Systems, Data and Process) to ensure payroll and pension compliance, maintain data integrity, and uphold strict adherence to data protection regulations.

**About you**
- Experience of delivering a customer focussed service, and ensuring their team also meets high standards of customer service
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Able to lead a team including managing employee performance, motivation, effective delegation
- Experience of processing payroll to strict deadlines. Confident and competent in the compilation, explanation and analysis of data and pro-rata calculations to a variety of audiences
- Good communication skills including the ability to communicate complex messages and to interact with a diverse range of people
