call centre operative duties include;
- **Prospecting**: Identify and qualify potential leads using various resources, like industry directories or internal databases.
- **Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential customers by phone, introducing yourself, your company, and the product or service offering.
- **Building Rapport**: Engage in friendly and professional conversations to understand customer needs and identify areas where your product or service can provide value.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of your company's offerings and effectively communicate the benefits to potential customers.
- **Lead Conversion**: Qualify leads and convert them into sales appointments for the dedicated sales team or close deals directly depending on the company structure.
