Fantastic opportunity to join our very established and highly reputable client as a front-of-house Receptionist.
To work with existing reception team, duties are reception and administration:
Processing all incoming telephone calls using switchboard
Greeting all visitors into the offices
Maintaining the reception area, keeping it professional and tidy at all times
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post including scanning
Archiving and retrieving files
Monitoring and ordering stationary
Photocopying
Fire Marshall duties (training given)
Well presented
Professional telephone manner
Previous reception experience with a computer linked telephone system
Admin support experience
High standard of inter-personal/communication skills
Keyboard/typing skills
IT literate (Word, Outlook, Excel)
