Spa Receptionist

Claire Wray Beauty & Holistic Centre is a successful, busy beauty & holistic centre with a talented and friendly team committed to providing an outstanding experience to our guests from the moment they enter the centre until they leave. We are looking for a receptionist who loves customer service and will work well with our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls.
- Answer common client questions regarding appointments and treatments.
- Answer and direct walk-in clients
- Schedule appointments for clients using our booking system.
- Greet clients when they arrive at the Centre.
- Being chatty with client to keep them comfortable while waiting for their appointment.

Working hours are:
Monday: 3pm until 7pm, Tuesday: 3pm until 7pm, Wednesday: 3pm until 8pm, Thursday: 3pm until 7pm, Friday: 3pm until 7pm

Extra hours for holiday cover will also be needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
