**Office Administration Assistant - Immediate Start Available**
- Salary: £18,500 - £25,000 DOE
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday & a weekday off in lieu, no Sundays
- Job Type: Permanent - Immediate Start Available
**Description**:
Peter Posh is looking for friendly, attentive people to join our retail sales office team in Birmingham. Peter Posh both hire and sell cutting edge suits for weddings & all occasions. Our suits are made by exclusive suit makers & tailors, from premiere cloths woven in some of the world’s oldest, most renowned mills. We offer Personal Tailoring services & bespoke suits.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Input & edit orders on computer system and on paperwork
- Administrative duties, order filing & organisation, booking appointments
- Supporting showroom sales assistants in administrative functions
**Key Skills**:
- Confident & prepared to take the initiative
- Self-starter, highly motivated and keen to learn
- Good telephone manner, organised with a structured approach to work
- Office administration or Receptionist Experience
- Feel immediate impact you create
- Help supply the UK's finest hire suits
