Key Role Responsibilities

Administer statutory monthly pension reports for our customers with precision and accuracy.
Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally, resolving issues and logging interactions efficiently.
Manage technical product queries, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions to customer concerns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for our pension services, contributing to product, service, and support enhancements.
Develop and implement Customer Services Plans and support strategies for assigned projects.
Maintain adherence to Quality & Regulatory pension standards while delivering exceptional service.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure their success and proficiency.
Ensure compliance with customer key performance indicators, service level agreements, and statutory reporting obligations.

Desired Skills

Essential experience in pension reporting administration, preferably with a minimum of three years in a similar role.
Experience of Defined Benefits / Defined Contributions
Experience of Local Government Pensions Scheme (LGPS) desired
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet creation, data sorting/searching, and V-lookup functions).
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to tackle complex issues effectively.
Technical proficiency in using software products of varying complexity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to innovation.

Positive attitude and helpful demeanor, even in busy environments.
Professionalism and the ability to project a respectable image.
Capability to remain calm and productive under pressure
