Royal Mail Pensions is enhancing its workforce with specialists focused on Benefits Management. This newly formed team will concentrate on creating Benefits Specifications for the Royal Mail Pension Plan. This position is perfect for seasoned Pensions Administrators with expertise in Defined Benefit (DB) and Career Average Revalued Earnings (CARE) pension frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Benefits Specifications for the Royal Mail Pension Plan
- Conduct compliance assessments on administrative procedures
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Adjust benefits as required and prepare communications for members
- Ensure the Pensions Helpline is equipped to manage member inquiries
Required Qualifications:
A PMI qualification or equivalent experience in DB Pensions is essential.
About You:
- In-depth knowledge of UK DB Pension schemes and CARE benefits
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in managing stakeholders and generating effective solutions
