Job Title: Commercial Surveyor

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team at Stride Resource Management as Risk Control Surveyors. As a key member of our Underwriting team, you will be responsible for conducting site visit surveys of high-valued residential and commercial properties to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct loss control site visit surveys of residential and commercial properties to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Work closely with Underwriters to provide expert advice on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure effective risk management and mitigation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in risk management and mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk management and mitigation, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
