This is an exciting opportunity to support one of the founders of a well-established and fast-growing company where no two days are the same. It is an ideal role for a highly organised, dynamic and tech-savvy individual who wishes to add value by being a reliable source of daily support for a busy executive. The role is ideal for an individual who is a fast learner and has prior experience in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior-level executives
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- High proficiency in written communication with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- strong tech skills in Canva Pro for using video and visuals for animated presentations
- strong skills in carrying out an initial screening of job applicants based on criteria and guidance provided
- strong skills in travel management with experience in managing CEO's attendance at conferences where there is a need to plan meetings and travel times in global destinations
- ad hoc personal PA work including holiday planning, medical appoinments, attendance of home servicing staff etc
- strong skills in website CMS- specifically Wordpress

social media management - specifically LinkedIn posts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
