**Job Description for Band 5 RMN at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust**:
Welcome to Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust We are currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Lynfield Mount Hospital, located at Heights Lane in Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD9 6DP. This position is temporary, with a start date of 23/03/2024 and an end date of 23/03/2024.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. Your shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of those in need. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a payment rate of £262.50 per shift, paid through PAYE.

Within this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties to support the mental health and well-being of patients. This may include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives personalized care that meets their individual needs.

Key responsibilities of the Band 5 RMN position include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to each patient
- Administering medication and monitoring its effectiveness
- Providing therapeutic interventions and support to patients
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care

In addition to providing direct care to patients, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge as a mental health nurse.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
