This temporary Band 5 RMN role offers you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will be based at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health, providing care and support to patients in a compassionate and professional manner.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with a range of mental health conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives the individualized care they need to support their recovery.

In this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards those in your care. You will also need to be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and work effectively under pressure.

The shift pattern for this temporary role is from 07:30 to 20:00, giving you the opportunity to work full days and make a significant impact during your time at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health. The payment rate for each shift is £200, paid via PAYE.
