**Job Summary**:
In this temporary role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health nursing care to patients at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health. As a Band 5 RMN, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Promoting and practicing infection control measures

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Valid NMC registration
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Empathy and compassion towards patients with mental health conditions
- Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional codes of conduct
- Flexibility to work night shifts
- Reliable and punctual
