As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans. Your role will involve administering medication, conducting therapeutic interventions, and monitoring the well-being of patients.
