General Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 1st line technical support and troubleshoot technology issues (walk-up, phone, Teams & Service Desk) to onsite and remote users.
- Manage workload in our Service Desk platform, operating to defined service level agreements and triaging calls.
- Learn and assist in the administration and troubleshooting of IT services and systems including but not limited to: Windows, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Help develop and promote an innovative and proactive IT Service Delivery function.
- Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
- Assist with asset, stock and license management.
- Perform new starter account, hardware and software provisioning.
- Perform end-user computer upgrades and migrations.
- Develop scripts and code to assist in task automation.
- Maintain video conference and meeting room systems.
- Support F1 specific and hardware and software.
- Ensure any reoccurring checks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Ensure up to date documentation and accurate reporting as required.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

- Good understanding of Microsoft desktop environments and familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Good understanding of end-user computer hardware troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
- Good awareness of cyber security.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Microsoft PowerShell.

- Be passionate for identifying opportunities to introduce automation and orchestration in security systems and processes.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to continuously learn and improve themselves.

General Responsibilities:

- Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
- Adhere to all IT, Health & Safety and wider business processes.
- Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
- Other duties as assigned by the Global Technology Operations Manager or their designee.

Education and Work Experience:

- GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required. Working towards further education such as BSc or MIS in an IT related qualification is desirable. Demonstrate strong computer skills, a keen interest in technology, and a passion to learn in the role.
- IT certifications are advantageous.
- Exposure to racing and international environments is advantageous.

Work Environment Physical Demands:
An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require occasional international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including some weekends.

This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast
- paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids.
